After knowing about the Silai school program, Savita got herself enrolled.

Savita is also a certified Usha- BPF Silai School teacher. She trains other women and girls in the community. She charges Rs 200 monthly fees from each learner and INR 50 as an admission fee. She now earns Rs.1,400 from learners’ fees and INR 350 as an admission fee. She is also earning Rs.2,000 from stitching work. On average, she makes around INR 3,500 monthly from her Usha – BPF Silai school.
